Small groups will be grouped by stage-of-life for sharing life applications and encouragement.
Cabin arrangements will be mixed stages-of-life for developing Titus 2 relationships.
1) $90 – Stay Friday night through the dinner Saturday night and then be home by 8:30 – 9:00.
2) $90 – Stay both Friday and Saturday nights, enjoying every minute of quiet, encouragement, fellowship and praising God.
3) $35 – Come at 9:00 Saturday for the growth and fellowship sessions. Leave for home at 6:00.
We plan to have 3 teaching times by Cindy Currin each followed by the break-out sessions.
After each teaching time, we plan to have break-out sessions in smaller groups. These will be led by trained women in our church (one-hour training time) and based on the teaching time, targeted to the daily lives of each age/stage-segregated group. It will be an opportunity to “flesh out” what Cindy teaches to the larger group. The purpose for segregating by stage of life is to help the ladies hear others going through similar struggles to realize their struggles are not unique and also so that the discussion can be most applicable to the specific needs of the group.
Each cabin will have evening devotions.
The ladies who remain till Sunday morning will also have a group devotional time of reverence, summing up the godly truths revealed in sessions, and giving praise for all the spiritual blessings has God poured upon them during the retreat.
We will provide meals in each cabin: Friday Supper through Sunday Breakfast.
Lunch Saturday is included in the registration for all attendees.
The Park restaurant is available at additional cost.
- DEADLINE for registration is Sunday, Feb. 23.

There is going to begin a study on Systematic Theology on Thursday nights on March 6. It is for anyone who is interested in this type of study.
Systematic theology is any study that answers the question, “What does the whole Bible teach us today?” about any given topic.
We will be using Wayn Grudem’s book on “Bible Doctrines” as a text book. It is a more simple systematic study than his full “Systematic Theology” book.
The books cost around 18.00 and I will be ordering them in the next few days. By Monday I hope. If you are interested and/or need a book please let me know by Sunday. The class will be a discussion format with reasonable reading throughout the week. This is certainly not a mandatory class but I think it will be a great opportunity to grow in and reinforce what we believe.
I am not sure of the duration of the class. There are 34 lessons in the book but several can be lumped together and some of them will take longer than a week. Regardless, this should prove to be a good study so let me know.
