Thank you for inquiring about our counseling ministry. Our Pastor and several of our members have been professionally trained in Biblical Counseling. We are not a secular psychological or psychiatric center. We are a ministry dedicated to educating and helping families and individuals to find Biblical answers to life struggles. We believe the Bible has the answers for every life situation and we therefore use only the Bible in ministering to those who come to us for help.

Instruments in The Redeemer's Hand - Paul Tripp
Paul Tripp explains how his work follows an "all of my people, all of the time" model. If you followed the Lord for a thousand years, you would still need the ministry of the body of Christ as much as you did the day you first believed. This need will remain until our sanctification is complete in Glory.
This is a comprehensive treatment of how God uses people as tools of change in the lives of others, people who themselves are in need of change
Age of Opportunity – Paul Tripp
This is a superb book on parenting teens. Learn how they think, why they respond the way they do, and how to teach God’s way to them. Age of Opportunity reveals the attitude we should have about the blessing of having teens in the home, and the chance to mold lives for God’s glory.
Gospel Treason - Brad Bigney
Is it harder for you to change and grow as a Christian than it should be? Do you wonder what is holding you back? Have you ever considered that it might be idolatry? Using real-life stories and examples, Brad Bigney shows us how the idols we might not even recognize can still have devastating effects in our lives. In this transparent, honest book, he helps us to identify our idols, understand how they lead us to commit treason against the gospel— and finally repent of them and root them out forever by turning to the only One who can fill our every need.
Christian Living in the Home – Jay Adams
This is a classic work on how the home should function, how every relationship should be, and who we are before God.
Don’t Waste Your Life – John Piper
John Piper once again challenges us to see, know, and love God more than anything else – and gives us reason and example to do so.
Heart of Anger – Lou Priolo
A book on parenting, Heart of Anger teaches the parent why children act out, what parental behaviors can elicit a temper tantrum, and how to change the cycle. This book does not blame the parent for the child’s sin; it simply explains cause and effect – and God’ solution!
The Complete Husband – Lou Priolo
This books shows men how to “know their wives” – their dreams, goals, desires and sorrows – learn correct biblical thinking that leads to tender actions – and therefore to be able to “cultivate” their wives to become spiritually fertile and fruitful and to have complete fulfillment in the marriage bond.
The Excellent Wife – Martha Peace
Martha Peace does a superb job of showing the focus, responsibility, and joy that every wife should have – to God, to her husband, to her family, and to others.
Trusting God – Jerry Bridges
Another landmark book that millions have read, Trusting God gets to the core of the reason for our being. We have a God who is good, who can be trusted to keep His promises, and who will never leave us. Our job is to trust Him and therefore to live accordingly.
When People Are Big and God Is Small – Edward Welch
Everyone needs this book because everyone is motivated by the fear of man. We do things to impress, to not disappoint, to keep attention, to keep love, to save face…and the list goes on. Anything we love or desire, we fear losing – and so we are controlled by it. This book shows us how to recognized these idols and to simply fear God and trust Him to supply our needs.
